NIGARI SALT-MAGNESIUM CLORURA

Magnesium chloride/Nigari salt is a salt of magnesium obtained from the extraction of sea salt, very beneficial and easily assimilated by the human body.

It is used for internal and external use. The main benefit to the body is the intake of chlorine and magnesium ions necessary for the activity of digestive enzymes and for the production of gastri juice. It is used to prepare tofu cheese because it causes the protein in soy milk to clot.
